Sir I am suffering from anxiety related hypertension, I am using olmezest h20 tab, I am taking bp reading by automated bp monitor. I took 4 readings per each sitting. My first reading always high than later readings. Pls suggest which reading should be considered? During first reading I am very anxious and nervous. Pls suggest sir 1 reading 148/78 2 reading 118/70 3 reading 118/70 4 reading 113/67. Regards.

Most probably your first readings come high due to anxiety only, since there is significant difference between first and rest of the readings.

What were your readings when you were started on hypertension treatment. These readings do not suggest that you have hypertension, you need treatment for your anxiety and not hypertension. There's a specific method to be followed for taking bp, please see a cardiologist for correct diagnosis and treatment!

There is no need of anti hypertensive. Lower down your anxiety with naturally by doing yoga. Take proper sleep.
