I am 38 years female, my height 5 feet, but weight 76 kg I know I am overweight but I doing exercise means walk 50 min, from last week my right leg swelling and paining what should I do?

first take break from walking and give rest if pain is from groin region that is because of inguinal hernias and cause is abdominal weakness strengthen your core muscles and later start walking physiotherapy will help you better for this
