I am 3 months pregnant. This is my second pregnancy. I already had memories during my college days. I have been suffering for the past 1 month with prolapsed internal hemorrhoid. I feel as though something blocks while pooping and have been getting anal fissures frequently. General physician near my home, suggested to use diltiazem hydrochloride gel for fissures. I have been using it very frequently for the past 1 month. Kindly suggest if it is ok to use or will it be harmful to the baby.
