I have loose skin on my whole body (thighs, stomach, arms, hips), but now it have started appearing on my double skin as well because of which is making me very conscious. I am 27 years of age and workout in gym for 5 days a week. I am doing weight lifting also from a very long time but I do not find a significant difference in my strength. My boos test are alo normal. What should I do to reduce this loose skin. Should I take collagen supplement?
