Hi, I want know which one is better between cardio and resistance training. Should I go for muscle building or do cardio (running, stretching) on daily basis. I have done muscle building training for around 6 months but I find it difficult to maintain protein target daily and even skeptical about how good is it in long term. Right now I am just going for jogging instead of gym. Please let me know which way gives good results for health in long term.

Dear lybrateuser, - Doing both cardio & resistance exercises are beneficial for the body - do on alternate days or give rest for two days after doing resistance exercise, do cardio on those days in-between - keep one day for complete rest in a week.
