Hello, You are already taking 2 different antidepressants. There is no need to add a 3rd antidepressant. Consult your doctor for optimising the dose of your current medication. If there is no response despite the optimum dose, then discuss discontinuing current medication and consider an alternative like nexito also you will benefit by counseling/talking therapy to manage depression and anxiety. Take up yoga /meditation if possible.

There are no need to take two antidepressant until unless resistant depression or recurrent depression. One single ssri sufficient for optimum dose n adequte duration with consultation of psychiatrist.
