I want to lose 6 kgs of weight in 12 days. Is it possible. I am not having sugar, jogging 3 km a day and have reduced my eating to almost 1/3 and not having too much carbs since last 6-7 days but then also not getting results. I am drinking green tea and having lemon also. After doing all this I have only cut down 0.5 kgs i. E. 500 grams weight. What should I do to lose 6 kgs more is there any tablets that I can use or it can naturally be done in 12 days. Is lasix tablets beneficial in losing water weight. Tell me if there is another way of losing weight.
