Recently I have wisdom tooth popped (at wrong angle) at left upper and lower jaw. As per doctors here, I am feeling pain becoz cheek muscle is getting sandwiched in between the teeth and also there is no space for teeth to come for both jaws. So they suggested them to be removed. But some of my acquaintances said that it will be ok as time goes by. Please advise what would be best.

It will be best to get the teeth extracted. Temporary solution can be getting the teeth trimmed near the cheek tissue.

Third molars usually create problem for other teeth. So as you are saying this tooth is at some “wrong angle” so there are more chances of deep pocket formation where food might get accumulated and cause caries to this tooth itself and to the adjacent tooth.

Hello, You has already described all the factors well so ideally, you should go ahead with the extraction because the teeth will keep coming in the wrong direction even if there is some space which will lead to the soft tissues coming in your way on biting. Apart from all these angulated wisdom molars cause food accumulation which can lead to the cavity in your adjacent teeth as well. So better plan and get them extracted because maybe you will not have pain after a few days but the problem will continue to grow. Thanks.
