I am 65 years old and I have problem of back neck and lumber pain from last 3 years for this I had done mri and found nothing wrong in spine. I have severe pain in lumbar after bowl movement and it last two three hours. Some times I even can not pick up any thing in bending position. If I take pain killer, it gives temporary relief.

You need proper clinic assessment. Your mri report is normal bones and spine are aligned, right? Sometimes musculature issues create pain and stiffness. You have to go for physiotherapy consultation. They definitely find out the cause of your pain and will guide you proper rehabilitation program for it. Without clinical assessment we can't guide you anything. Go for physiotherapy assessment.
