Although etizolam is used by many psychiatrist in india for treatment of anxiety disorders it is not approved for use by fda (food and drug administration) in the us. It has a high addictive potential so plan to gradually taper off the drug and stop it. If you require medication for longer duration you can shift to beta blockers or buspirone which are relatively safer.

Etilaam is safe for short term treatment of anxiety, for longer term, you will be needing ssri, snri or tca group of anxiety reducing medications, since etilaam is a benzodiazepine and preferable be avoided for longer run. Other medications seem fine. All the best.
