Hello, it totally depend on the way your wisdom tooth is lying. Sometimes it will not pain you but it might cause food impaction which will damage your adjacent teeth and ultimately you will end up getting treated your wisdom tooth as well as your adjacent tooth. So if you are able to keep that area clean and healthy but because of second reason if pain is there, its better to go for extraction. If food lodgement is there then it may affect the other teeth also
