As we know if bp reading of (160/100) lasts for long time like 2 years, it is harmful for arteries and internal organs but if the same reading (160/100) remains for a short duration e.g. 20 minutes when a person is in stressful situation or the bp 160/100 rises due to physical exertion and comes back to normal range i.e. 120/80 as soon as a person comes in resting/normal position, does this short duration of elevation impacts the organs or arteries?
