We are thinking to plan a baby but I feel that my wife is too low on haemoglobin to conceive. We are afraid as she has one miscarriage in november last year. She is 26 and weight is 56 kg, height 5 ft 6 in. Her haemoglobin levels were too low hence she was administered orofer fcm 1000 inj 2 months back. After which her haemoglobin level has improved to 13.2 g/dl but now her platelets level fell as low to 120000 mul. Please suggest if she can conceive successfully. Or is there anything else she should do.

Please note her haemoglobin levels and platelets are also fine. Also let me know whether you have done basic fertility investigations like hormonal tests, hsg and semen analysis?
