My question is. I am 20 years old boy and I never had sex before. Just only masturbate 3 or 4 times per week. But 4 or 5 month ago my penis itching. No pain no pimples or something like that and never had sex before or now. I used beclomin cream and itching gone for a while and itching coming back. Pls doctor help me to figure out this.
