I am 26 years old. I had visited a nadivaidya. My eyes are very weak. I wear glasses of -6.5. He advised me to take fennel and almonds mixture a spoon daily with cow milk. But in every you tube video and google, I found that there should be added rock sugar. When I asked about this, he replied that rock sugar will not make effect the fennels and almond mixture. So, I want to know how can it be possible? Please reply me what should I do? Can I take rock sugar with mixture of almonds and fennel.
