Liver cirrhosis detected recently .grade 1 .doctor recommended me not to worry it's in very early stage n he recommended to start exercise and avoid junk food as it's in very early stage .my question is whether it is enough for me to get well again .is it curable ?what diet should I take ?how long it will take to get normal? Should I left alcohol completely or little bit I can have ?should I take medicine for 2 to 3 month so that it can be stopped from increasing?
