Is it harmful any way to do exercise as I was under weight and if I take less nutritions, because I see know difference as I was doing exercise past 2 to 3 months, does doing exercise stops to increase weight.

If you're underweight and taking less calories then you need then it's really harmful! First make a habit of eating healthy meals 5-6 healthy meals in a day and then start exercising
