Weight gain or loss is regulated by our hormones and genetics. If you feel fit and energetic you need not worry about your weight. Try to eat easily digestible protein sources like egg sprouts channa soyabean to build muscles.

I'm 26 with 53 kg which is quite average and happy with that but I have very chubby face and whenever i'm putting weight first it will reflect on my face only. I'm having round face and tried so many different exercises. But still there is no improvement. Need my jawline to be very strong and thin. please help me.

Spot reduction is myth. One puts on weight where we are genetically prone to. If you loose weight you might loose some fat on your face too. If you are over weight weight join our weight loss plan.

Some children are not able to digest milk and are not ready to drink it. But remember milk is not the only healthy food for a 1 year old. Feed her with a soft semi solid diet. Cerelac is more like junk food and should be avoided. For a detailed diet plan you can join a healthy eating plan for toddlers.

I am 41 years old. Height 5.8 inch. Weight 73 kg. I had some belly fat which I want to remove. I do not have diabetic blood pressure. I do nt smoke or drink. I used to wake up 4.30 in the morning. Take a balance diet. Do not eat fast food. Walks 1 hr 6 days a week. Still belly fat not going out. Please help.

Belly fat can increase with age. Do specific exercise for the stomach and eat a high fibre diet. Keep your self hydrated. You can discuss your diet in detail with us to let us evaluate your present diet.

Protein is easily available in natural foods which is easier to digest. Try eating eggs, sprouts, black channa, nuts, soya and sattu.

A combination of a healthy diet with moderate exercise is the best solution. Make sure you eat dinner before 8 pm and eat three servings of vegetables daily.

Loss of appetite could be due to an infection, liver disease or indigestion. The spots have to examined by a dermatologist. Eat a semi solid diet for some time to regulate your appetite. You can also join our healthy eating plan for a month.

Body type is genetic. But if you regularly eat a healthy diet along with exercise, especially weight training you could build muscle and look and feel better. Avoid junk food.

You need to eat a high protein diet. But the protein sources have to be natural and easily digestible. Skip fried and refined foods as they kill hunger.
