avoid fried, refined carbohydrates and junk. eat more protein sources like sprouts,egg,curd,pulses,nuts eat more fibre drink more fluids

Doctor im not getting hungry at all and my parents were forcing me to have food and i'm gaining weight and even if I don't eat i'm gaining the weight and it seems I got obesity and even I do have digestion problems. It won't go freely and full. Please help me out on this issue. Thank you.

It is very important to eat food only when we are hungry. If you are not feeling hungry you will have to get your self examined for either sluggish liver intestinal worms or any other digestion issue. Please consult a physician.

My baby boy is 1.5 months old but now a days he is doing potty after 5-8 days. His weight 4.8 kg we have done all tests eg tsh, all found normal. Is it normal? His stomach is soft any time.

Firstly it does not have any magical effects on health. Drinking tea or coffee empty stomach causes acidity and lowers bmr.

Depending only on supplements for weight gain is not enough. Eat natural proteins in the form of eggs, nuts,pulses, soya etc. Do weight training to increase muscle mass.

I am not able to gain weight suggest some diet plan. I eat any thing does not affect on me.

Weight gain or loss is regulated by our hormones and genetics. If you feel fit and energetic you need not worry about your weight. Try to eat easily digestible protein sources like egg sprouts channa soyabean to build muscles.

I'm 26 with 53 kg which is quite average and happy with that but I have very chubby face and whenever i'm putting weight first it will reflect on my face only. I'm having round face and tried so many different exercises. But still there is no improvement. Need my jawline to be very strong and thin. please help me.

Spot reduction is myth. One puts on weight where we are genetically prone to. If you loose weight you might loose some fat on your face too. If you are over weight weight join our weight loss plan.
