My diet from morning is 7: 30 am:coffee without sugar, banana or fruits then 1 hour workout 9: 00 am:protinex, 2egg boils, 2 banana, fruits 10 am: 3 chapatti and sabzi 1: 30 pm:rice dal roti sabzi 10 pm: rice dal please suggest me good balanced diet which I can add to this. I prefer sugar less oil free food so that I can get maximum out of my workout.

I'm trying to reduce my waist from 38 inches to 34 but i'm unable to. I walk for at least 4 kms a day and play TT for at least 2 hrs a day. I only eat rice for dinner (at 8 or 9 pm). I take oats for breakfast and upma or chapati for lunch. I also take apple cider vinegar twice a day. Kindly let me know what I should do to lose my tummy fast.
