Your body needs all the macro and micro nutrients Protein, fats, carbs, 13 vitamins, 11 minerals For macros- take multivitamins with breakfast every day (lifelong) For macros- eat complex carbs Good fats Complete protein foods.

Yes, contrary to popular beliefs that masturbation is harmless, it isn’t. Because our body takes 32 of vitamins and minerals to prepare semen and you if you are ejaculating each day, you are not giving your body the chance to produce again. Even with right nutrition it takes 24 hours. Without nutrition it may take 2-3 days to recover from weakness.

Hi, You gain fat by eating then how can you control it with the help of pills? Its like drinking alcohol and asking for pills to stop intoxication Is that possible?
