Found the below in blood test report as >2000 does it mean I must not touch egg, non veg, fish, milk etc? What will be the risky factor as per below reading? Basically I have vitamin d3 deficiency. Could you please confirm on this. Vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin) #(serum/ chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (cmia)) observed value = > 2000.00.

It is not correct to say you must not touch egg, non-veg, fish, milk etc The normal range for vitamin B-12 in the blood is between 200 and 900 nanograms per millilitre (ng/mL). People at the lower end of this range may require follow-up testing, especially if they have symptoms. Low. Levels of vitamin B-12 are low if they are below 200 ng/mL
