I want to gain weight, but I do not have enough income for diet plan so please suggest any best way to build my personality. I have heavy work daily I have to walk at least 8 km per day what can I do for that I am loosing my weight daily.
Ashwagandha 50gm + shatavari 50gm mix both powder and take 1 tsf twice in a day with milk it's help to get genral body fitness
do yoga or exercise
