I recently had a dental implant on one of my upper front teeth. The crown is bumpy from inside as compared to my other real teeth. The doctor said that it will have bump as it is my front teeth. Is it so? It's really irritating as my tongue is always touching it. What should I do? Isn't a implant crown supposed to feel as good as original teeth? And its really bumpy like a centimeter bump from inside and the tip of my tongue rests on it naturally throughout day and while i'm sleeping. Is it still normal?
