My daughter-in-law age 36 had a fall while skiing on vacation and twisted her knee. She is very slim. Please suggest home remedies and physiotherapy exercises.

Proper rest is very important. Normal walking is enough (so that there is no pressure on the joint ). Application of heat /cold as needed would be beneficial. Read more about management of injuries from the internet and take precautions. If pain increases then visit a doctor. She can also take homeopathy which is helpful in pain management and swelling. 1. Sugar+salt+turmeric powder+lemon juice Apply over the knee joint and bandage. 2.sesamum oil, ++mustard oil, ++ginger powder gently massage over knee joint 3. Olive oil, + apple cider vinegar, massage gently over the knee 4.coconut oil, +chilli powder, apply over the knee and wash off in 20 minutes. 5.tulasi, ++turmeric, + warm coconut oil massage gently.
