I had sex with a russian girl on feb 25 abd after tat I feel some body pain .its gone. Last month I feel not well and loss my appetite and loss of taste. Feverish.i search with google the symptoms are for std. I am very much depressed snd anxiety. I search google full time about my symptoms. After 44 days of my exposure I took my blood test on april 10 for hiv 1 and 2 antibodies and p24 antigen test. Got results all are normal. But my symptoms remain same and I am in deep depression. Please help me dr.

Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- hiv-4th generation test which tests both antibodies and p24 antigen. After 4 months of exposure if negative is reasonably reliable.

There can be lots of minor viral illnesses which can be transmitted, when you have sex with strangers. Since hiv is not positive relax, do elisa after 3 months of exposure to be conclusive. Consult a doctor for basic blood tests and treatment for general viral illness. Next time avoid fluid exchange when having sex with strangers. All the best.
