I am 34 years f. I am having saviour back pain and lrg pain. My mri reports- multiple schmorls nodes involving superior and inferior endplates from d9-s1 levels, posture central focal disc protrusion at d11-d12, d12-l1 levels indenting over thecal sac, posture central focal disc protrusion at l2-l3 level indenting over thecal sac, mikd posterior disc herniation at l5-s1, grade 1 anterolisthesis of l5 over s1 with bilateral spondylolysis of l5. My doctor has suggested to go for surgery. Is it necessary. Pl give me your valuable suggestion.

Hi, If physiotherapy and taking rest do not provide good rest than surgry is good option becuase this disease affecting your urinary system also.
