I have been experiencing various symptoms from about two years when ever I sit. I have tried many ways to correct my posture, strength, flexibility, also tried physiotherapy. Noting worked. problem is I get a lot of pain below my shoulder blade and just below the neck. Most of the time pain starts as soon as I sit and increases with time. I also feel lot of pain near my tailbone, glutes and legs and weird is them is some kind of numbness in my hands and legs. psychologically I stay away from thinking but sometimes pain gets to me. Most importantly with my recent experiments I found to have many tender points in my shoulder and ribs, especially side of ribs just below chest. What could be the problem and which doctor could assist me. I hugely doubt it's some kind of nerve problem as pain.
