Dear Lybrateuser, - milk & dairy products can create gas - to reduce tummy & weight you have to do aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, weight bearing exercises like pullups, pushups, crunches, squats, stretching exercises, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week - also check blood sugar, thyroid hormone levels if there is gain in weight.
