I am 62 years old my uric acid is 8.6 lastly but it was reduced to 4.8 by taking some medicine (febutaz 40). But from last 10. I haven't take medicine. Now I feel pain in my feet now I want to know which are the food or fruits should I take or avoid to lower down my uric acid level.

To lower your uric acid levels. Start taking sarivadyasav 4tsf with equal amount of water twice a day after meals for 3 months.
