Hi, My father has done bypass surgery on november, he is an diabetic patient, his creatinine level is 3.5, He is admitted to hospital for kidney problems, doctor said it is kidney infection but now he is in home but fever started again, doctor advised to take antibiotics for the infection may be he infected again. However fever is still. So, What may be problem. Heart or kidney.
