Hello, Agar apko kuch alag khane se ho raha hai to thoda harde ka churan aur saindha namak milake 2-3 bar din me sevan kare. Raat ka khana bahut late n khana. jab bhuk lage tabhi khana chahiye. tala hua, tikha khana nahi chahiye.
