Hi doc, My weight was 95 kg in dec 2018 since then I am following a strict crash diet from mon-fri and on sat & sun I eat normal food but in control. My diet includes breakfast (boiled egg only white portion, soya milk, ane banana) lunch (boiled chicken, pappu, grapes or strawberry) dinner (boiled eggs, cucumber, milk) I have been doing this since last 3 months and my weight ar present ke 89 kg. I would like to know if my diet is proper ane accordingly to achieve weight loss or if you can suggest some changes in my diet.
