Hello Doctor, I mostly feel tensed at the back of my neck joining my head. Also numbness in my legs and arms sometimes. Sometimes when I am holding a small object my hand shakes. What could be wrong. On my fertility issue, I have been given addyzoa and proceed plus to take for 90 days. My lab result showed that I have about 25% of dead cells and 35% of sperms that swims in circles without reaching the egg. Only 40 swims to the egg. Also I have 167m sperm count. Please advise.
