My father is 50 and got a surgery of c7 it damaged his nerve after a major road accident in 2015. Now in his mri reports it says: (spine and cervical) diffusely bulging annulus of l4-5 & l5-s1 disc is seen with loss of dorsal concavity. Neural canals are mildly compressed. Please guide us to visit a neurologist or a neurosurgeon? What is the exact problem and what is the gair treatment? He has severe lower back pain always. He can not fold his legs. Even when wants to stand off the bed or chair, he waits for 5 long minutes to get into motion, gain his strength and then walk.
