I am a 19-year-old male and I am consuming 2 tablets of himalaya mentat tablets twice a day since 25 february 2019 for the purpose of improving my memory. And from 1st march till now I am having a cold every early morning. For your kind information, I am not going through any diseases/ medical treatment & I am concerned that bacopa containing in it might increase fluid secretions in the lung which may cause asthma. What should I do?
