Hi, I have a painful lump on my neck, just below my jawline. I presume it is a swollen lymph node. However, I have a normal temperature and no signs otherwise of any infection. It is painful and moves around when I push it. It is only on one side, and I have just noticed it today. What could this be and should I get it checked out immediately, or wait to see if it resolves? Thanks!
