Diagnosed with Acne vulgaris gr II-III and the treatment planned was isotretinoin but lab investigation reported showed otherwise. So right now applying benzoyl peroxide 2.5% with little to no success. Is there any other alternative?

Other options would be oral antibiotics for 6 to 8 weeks, Combinaton of adaferin and benzoyl oeroxide topically, chemical peels and intense pulsed light, Laser.
