I want to loose my weight. From past couple of years I take 1/2 food that I take. But my weight is not loose. Instead my weight continuously grows from 2016 when im 72 kg now 2019 im 88. 7 kg.

Hello, it is not about half the food intake of urs it's weight you take that matter and how much calories you burn that also, should incorporate more of raw veg ,seeds dals, eggs etc in definate proportion. For further details contact.
