I am 27 year old female. I have ureter stone 0.7 cm in right side n mild to moderate hydronephrosis from last 2 month. Having urgency incontinence in urine n some time burning. My urine d/r show few pus cell epithelial cells n few yeast. please suggest me the treatment without lithotripsy.
