I don't have any symptoms of tb but was diagnosed as tb infection on my x ray report?

It is possible that you have not developed apparent symptoms of tb. Or may be x-ray was able to detect your tb at an early stage. Or may be that symptoms of tb are similar to other diseases so you couldn't recognise it. Don't worry take treatment you will be alright.
