Hello, so i'm a very active individual and do weightlifting, around 6 months back I got a click sound on my left shoulder and I thought it might be normal sprain and kept on doing my training for another few months, but then I reached a stage where I couldn't lift anymore and it got quite painful at my shoulder! I did physiotherapy sessions for a month, but it didn't help! then I got my mri done. So there were 2 issues, subacromial bursitis and supraspinatus tendinosis, for which doctor asked me stop all activities and the only cure was to rest, now it's been more than 2 months of rest and I have seen a little to no improvement and pain is still the same! I get crepitus on certain movements, especially with external rotation (i was also supplementing with collagen type 1,2&3) what should I do now? My training is really important!
