My baby is 10 weeks old. Recently she is given her 2nd dose of vaccines (pentavalent, opv and rota). But she didn't get fever. Does it mean that the vaccines are not working? She didn't get fever during her first dose (6 weeks) also. Does no fever after vaccination means no immunization power?

It is not mandatory that fever should happen after injections and some children do not get fever whereas some will get. It is not true that if fever does not come the vaccine is not effective.
