I am dreaming in night always something anything comes in my dream. I sleep well but my dreams are these days not stopping they comes regularly. And in the early morning when I wake up my head is just like that someone grabs it tightly not paining just think someone grabs it.

lybrate-user ji, do not sleep immediately after your meals give at least 2 to 3 hours. Go for an hour walk slowly and relax manner, wash your feet, pray to god - sleep before 10 am and get up by 5 or earlier. If you have habits of drinking and smoking avoid it this should give you a comfortable sleep.
