Hi sir / madam, I am a 25 years old male from assam. I want to know that does whey protein, bcaa, fish oil, multivitamin, calcium tablets, vitamin e tablets etc etc cause any kind of bad effects on our vital organs (like hair, heart, kidney). Actually I have joined gym about 3 months ago and I was 73 kg then and now i'm about 61 kg and the gym trainer suggested me the above mentioned supplements. So can you give me some valuable answers regarding this matter?

Hello, Do not take whey, BCAA are used by intensive and heavy workout activity people and by sports person. You can take fish oil. Multi vitamin and vit E, can be taken for 3 moths only. Calcium tablets- Only if you are deficient.
