Due to few days ago, due to fear, i was facing difficulty in sleeping and being restless. I went to a psychiatrist. And he gave zolpidem 10 mg. After taking 10 days. He again gave the same tablet for 10 days before to bed and after 10 days. I have to take half tablet. This is high dose or low dose (10 mg. Will it cause addiction. If I will take this medicine 10 mg for 3 weeks. After 3 week .i have to take 5 mg as per doctor instruction.

Your age is too young just 27, you should not get addicted to sleeping tablets. Once you leave them again you will have sleeping problem - you need to solve the basic problem, there are many other means of solving them.

Try to relax yourself -- exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
