Hello Sir, I will be feeling like I have heart pain. I have consulted many doctors for pain did all test ecg, echo, tmt but everything is normal only heart beat is fast 110/m Suggested tablet metpure xl 25 mg in morning and night rivitrial 0.5 mg. I am getting good sleep but so many things and stories are narrated in mind but when I wake up I can't revert are recall what are those stories but I have fear of heart pain and burn which is not going out of mind am going 40 min walking daily in morning. Please suggest something to get rid out of that heart pain it's been for last 2 years am not coming out of it.

Heat or ice. Try placing hot compresses or a heating pad on the painful area several times a day. Rest.
