I'm 25 year old female was diagnosed with hsp in september and soon treated with oral steroid wysolone 50 mg. Steroid was continued for a month. During the treatment I got severe comedonal acne. It disappeared after stopping the dose. But a month after the treatment of oral steroids acne reappeared and this time it appeared as pinkish pustules and few comedones. I am struggling now for 2 months. Do the acne mark's will go completely? And for how long now I have to struggle with this acne? As my treating doctor had said that side effects of the drug will go once the drug is stopped.
