My total cholesterol-210, triglycerides-243, hdl-c: 38, ldl-c: 124 & tc/hdl ratio: 5.5 and bp on fasting is 125/84. I am 44 years & non-smoker. Doctor had advised "tab. Razot f" one tablet a day for three months. Thereafter, get the test done again & consult doctor. My query is that is it advisable to continue with medicine or shall I start walking on the regularly daily basis. Kindly advise with your opinion/comments.
