My height is 172cm. I am underweight, these days doing lightweight training but not getting weight. Please suggest me some good protein shake. And I heard that protein shakes are not good for health, is it true? Please advise me as soon as possible. I will be your highly obligated.

Dear, There is nothing bad about protein shakes.Protein shake have high calorie value.So that you can skip your meal after taking protein shakes. You can use protien powder like Endura Mass and use them in the form of protein shake. You can also use natural protein like egg, soyabean for making shakes as they are natural and benefit you more than artificial protein shakes.
