I broke my neck c1 c2 c3 had surgery and disc implants as well as rotator cuff surgery and also compression and compounded l1 l2 possibility to fuse these later surgery I have real pain now as if was before my surgery 9 years ago! I cannot sleep run lift weight or exercise well other than walk, I know I need surgery again on rotator cuff, and ASAP on new discs to neck but inshore if fusing l1 and l2 is good idea, also I have limited movement to head recently and fear pin that's top spine that skull sits on has again broke, I wore hallo for a year and had to learn again how to walk, I really am at pains threshold and have been on stillnots to sleep and regular if swelling reducing I've and pain relief. I need to find a pain relief plan and sleep pattern to work on I have been signed off from all future work and I hate it as I am 40 years old and feel I can if I can develops a solution.
